Product Details
I. Product Introduction
This product is a new type of rigid building waterproofing material with excellent penetration and crystallization properties. The silanol groups in its molecular structure react and cross-link upon contact with water, interacting with the silanol groups present in silicate materials. This reaction effectively creates an anti-capillary effect, forming an outstandingly hydrophobic layer while simultaneously providing micro-expansion and enhancing material density. This is precisely the mechanism behind the highly effective waterproofing performance of the organic silicone-based water-resistant rust inhibitor.

III. Scope of Application
1. Widely applicable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing of roof surfaces, interior and exterior walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and warehouses, as well as for corrosion resistance and seepage prevention in reinforced concrete structures.
2. Used in underground civil defense projects—such as bridges, dams, tunnels, large-scale hydropower stations, and water diversion projects—to minimize water erosion and prevent weathering.
3. Suitable for various types of pools, including swimming pools, water purification tanks, sewage ponds, water towers, and more.
4. Application in high-absorbent inorganic aggregates: such as perlite boards, roof panels, cement boards, and high-rise building materials; used for impregnation of architectural panels, lightweight facing bricks for high-rise structures, asbestos, inorganic fabrics, insulation materials, and more, significantly enhancing their water- and moisture-resistant properties.
5. Widely used for waterproofing, color protection, and preventing contamination and aging of water-soluble construction materials, particularly in exterior wall finishes.
6. An additive used for latex paints, water glass, and 107 glue, imparting significant water repellency while maintaining stable bonding strength.
7. Used in oil drilling, it can adjust the viscosity and density of mud, effectively preventing wellbore collapse and improving drilling efficiency.
8. Used for pumping in the later stage of oil wells and injecting into the oil-producing formation to prevent the collapse of the formation's structural framework, thereby facilitating smoother extraction of oil from reservoirs located farther away from the wellhead.
9. For other special applications aimed at reducing water absorption and enhancing impermeability and waterproofing.
IV. Instructions for Use
1. Waterproof Mortar Construction: Clean the base surface thoroughly, removing dirt, debris, oil stains, and other impurities. Maintain a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:2.5 to 3 (using Type 32.5R or higher-grade silicate cement, medium sand with silt content below 3%), and ensure the water-cement ratio does not exceed 0.5.
The dosage of the silicone solid waterproofing agent is 0.4% based on the cement quantity. To ensure thorough mixing, the silicone solid waterproofing agent should first be evenly blended with the cement and sand according to the mortar mix ratio before adding water for final mixing. The waterproofing layer should be applied in two layers, each 10 mm thick. For the base layer, apply a plain lime plaster of 1 mm thickness first, followed by the application of the waterproof mortar layer. After initial setting, compact the surface firmly and use a wooden trowel to create a textured finish. Once the second layer of waterproof mortar is applied, smooth and compact it thoroughly. If decorative finishing is required, the surface must be textured as specified. Normal water curing procedures should be followed. For optimal results, dissolve the silicone solid waterproofing agent at a ratio of 1:70 with water and spray this solution directly onto the surface instead of using plain water. The coverage area achieved will correspond directly to the amount of mortar applied—meaning the square footage treated with the waterproofing agent will match the square footage covered by the mortar layer.
2. Waterproof Concrete Construction: The dosage of the organic silicon waterproofing and rust-inhibiting agent should be 0.4% to 0.5% of the cement content. It is uniformly incorporated into the concrete mix, following the same construction procedures as for ordinary concrete. To ensure thorough mixing, the solid organic silicon waterproofing agent must first be thoroughly combined with the cement, sand, and gravel according to the specified concrete mix proportions before water is added for final mixing. The area that can be effectively covered by this concrete will correspond directly to its waterproofing performance.
3. Leakage Repair Construction: For original smooth substrates, roughen the surface by chiseling to create a textured finish. After cleaning off any loose dust, apply a plain lime mortar bonding layer before proceeding with the waterproof mortar layer. At areas currently experiencing water leakage, ensure that the leaks are first sealed and stopped. Both internal and external corners must be rounded and thoroughly compacted. When creating joints, maintain a sloped profile (with a joint width of 100–150 mm). Before applying the next layer, first coat the joint area with a plain lime mortar bonding layer, followed by the application of the waterproof mortar layer.
4. Anti-seepage Spraying Construction: Dissolve the organic silicon solid waterproofing agent with 50 times its volume of clean water, then spray it onto the surfaces of dry cement, bricks, tiles, gypsum boards, and ordinary coated walls—materials that are absorbent and inorganic—in order to achieve effective anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment.
5. Mixing ratio for waterproof cement: Simply mix thoroughly with cement at a dosage of 0.5% and package accordingly. The prepared waterproof cement is ideal for waterproofing, leak-stopping, joint filling, mortar mixing, and even offers excellent water resistance and anti-seepage performance in applications such as foam cement.
6. Exterior wall coatings and putty powders, when applied with the same proportions as waterproof cement, all exhibit excellent waterproof and anti-seepage performance.
V. Precautions
1. When applied during winter construction, this agent can be used in combination with nitrite-based antifreeze agents.
2. During transportation, ensure protection against water and moisture; storage and transportation environment temperature should be between -30°C and 90°C.
3. This product is a general chemical substance; avoid contact with skin.
Construction personnel should handle this product with care during storage, transportation, and use, ensuring it does not come into contact with the face—especially avoiding any splashes into the eyes. If contact occurs, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water or seek medical attention. Always wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and appropriate work attire to prevent direct skin contact with the product.
4. This agent melts upon contact with water; please ensure waterproof and moisture-proof measures are taken during transportation.
