I. Product Introduction

This product is a new type of architectural waterproofing material with excellent penetration and crystallization properties. The silanol groups in its molecular structure react and cross-link upon contact with water, interacting with the silanol groups present in silicate-based materials. This reaction effectively creates an "anti-capillary effect," forming a superior hydrophobic layer. Additionally, the material exhibits micro-expansion characteristics, enhancing its density and overall performance.

III. Scope of Application

1. Widely applicable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing of roofs, interior and exterior walls, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and warehouses, as well as for preventing permeation and enhancing the impermeability of reinforced concrete structures.
2. Used in underground civil defense projects: such as tunnels, bridges, dams, subways, large-scale hydropower stations, and water diversion projects, to reduce water erosion and prevent weathering.

4. Used for highly absorbent inorganic aggregates: such as perlite boards, roofing tiles, cement bricks, lightweight facing bricks for high-rise buildings, asbestos, inorganic fabrics, insulation materials, etc., to achieve significant water-repellent and moisture-proof effects.
5. Widely used for exterior wall finishes, this product provides waterproofing, protects colors, prevents contamination, and inhibits aging in water-soluble architectural coatings.
6. An additive used for latex paint, water glass, and 107 adhesive, which significantly enhances their water-repellent properties while maintaining stable bonding strength.

IV. Usage Instructions

1. Mortar Construction: Clean the base surface thoroughly, removing any dirt, debris, oil stains, and other impurities. The waterproof powder should be used at a dosage of 0.3% to 0.5% of the cement quantity. To ensure uniform mixing, first combine the waterproof powder with the required amount of cement and sand, mix thoroughly, and then add water for final blending. Apply the waterproof layer in two separate construction stages. For the first layer, apply a plain lime mortar of approximately 1 mm thickness, followed by the application of the waterproof mortar layer. Compact the mixture during its initial setting phase and finish it with a wooden trowel to create a textured surface. After applying the second layer of waterproof mortar, smooth and compact it firmly. Maintain proper curing by regular watering; alternatively, using a 1% solution of the waterproof powder dissolved in water as a spray can achieve even better results.
2. Waterproof Concrete Construction: The dosage of waterproofing powder should be 0.3% to 0.5% of the cement content, uniformly incorporated into the concrete mix. The construction method is identical to that of ordinary concrete. To ensure thorough mixing, silica powder should first be thoroughly combined with the cement, sand, and aggregate according to the specified concrete proportions before adding water for final mixing.
3. Leakage Repair Construction: When the original base layer is smooth, it must be roughened by chiseling. After cleaning off surface dust and debris, apply a plain lime mortar bonding layer before applying the waterproof mortar layer. For areas currently experiencing leaks, immediate measures must be taken to stop water seepage. Internal and external corners should be rounded and thoroughly compacted.
4. Anti-seepage Spraying Construction: After diluting the waterproof powder with 48 times its volume of clean water until fully dissolved, spray it onto the surfaces of absorbent inorganic building materials such as cement surfaces, bricks, tiles, and gypsum boards for effective anti-seepage and moisture-proof treatment.

V. Precautions

1. This product is a general chemical substance; avoid contact with skin.
2. During transportation, ensure protection against water and moisture; storage and transportation should be conducted in an environment with temperatures ranging from -30°C to 90°C.
3. Waterproof powder, due to its fine particle size, tends to become airborne during use, making it easily inhaled and causing a pungent, irritating sensation. It is recommended to wear protective gear such as a mask during application. If the powder comes into contact with skin, simply rinse thoroughly with water.

This product is packaged in 25 kg/bag and has a shelf life of 12 months.
