TT-101 Organic Silicone Exterior Coating

I. Product Introduction

Organosilicon exterior wall coatings boast excellent flexibility, outstanding weather resistance, and long-lasting gloss retention, making them highly advantageous in the field of exterior wall decoration. These coatings are formulated using organosilicon materials as the film-forming agent and are developed through a specialized process, resulting in a single-component, room-temperature, moisture-cured, elastic exterior wall coating.

III. Parameter Performance

Note: Light color refers to the pale shade achieved by applying a coating film formed from light-colored paint, which is primarily composed of white pigment and formulated with an appropriate amount of color paste. According to GB/T 15608, the lightness value falls within the range of 6 to 9 (with YD65 ≥ 31.26 as defined in the tristimulus values).

IV. Scope of Application

Organosilicon elastic exterior wall coatings are suitable for the decoration and protection of building exteriors, including residential communities and industrial plants.

V. Construction Environment Description

1. The construction environment temperature should ideally be between 5°C and 35°C.
2. The substrate surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point temperature of water.
3. Avoid construction during inclement weather conditions such as rainy or overcast days, thunderstorms, snowstorms, and winds at Force 4 or higher whenever possible.
4. This product is suitable for application methods such as roller coating, brush coating, and spray coating.

Construction area: 0.35 kg/m² per 2 coats, dry film thickness: 100 μm

VII. Construction Process

The paint film must not be touched until it is completely dry; allow at least 48 hours for proper curing. Clean tools with alcohol, butyl acetate, or No. 120 solvent gasoline. Any unused paint should be sealed immediately for storage.

VIII. Construction Process

1. Before spray coating construction, please clean the equipment and solvents with the specified solvent to ensure the system is free of water.
2. Not applicable to interfaces in groundwater or areas subject to excessive friction;
3. On building material surfaces that may leak oil, plasticizers, or solvents, as well as on certain vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes;
4. Not applicable to frosted or wet surfaces.
5. Completely seal off areas that remain inaccessible to air during curing (air moisture is required for the curing process).
6. Application of paint coating on the adhesive layer surface (as conventional paints cannot adhere to silicone surfaces).
7. During construction, keep away from fire sources and ensure proper ventilation at the work site.
8. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention promptly.
9. After opening, the product must be stored in a sealed container and used up as soon as possible.

9. Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life

Packaging: Packaged in iron drums, 20 kg per drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 27°C. Best before 12 months.
