I. Product Introduction
Organosilicon anti-corrosion coatings are single-component, elastic anti-corrosion coatings formulated at room temperature via a water- and air-curing process, with organosilicon materials serving as the film-forming substance.

Outstanding weather resistance, salt spray resistance, exceptional performance under extreme temperature conditions, easy to repair, excellent crack resistance, flame retardant, free of isocyanates, and graffiti-resistant.

IV. Scope of Application
Suitable for: Anti-corrosion of metal surfaces, such as steel structures in construction, aluminum alloy profiles, color-coated steel sheets, and color-coated steel tiles; high-salt-spray-resistant corrosion protection for various metals, including long-term protection for oil tanks and chemical plants; insulation protection for diverse equipment, such as substation equipment, distribution equipment, and transmission equipment.
V. Construction Environment Description
1. The construction environment temperature should ideally be between 5-35°C.
2. The substrate surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point temperature of water.
3. Minimize construction activities during overcast, rainy, thunderstorm, snowy, or windy conditions (wind force level 4 and above).
4. This product is suitable for application methods such as roller coating, brush coating, and spray coating.

Note: The actual amount of coating required may vary depending on the substrate material, surface roughness, application method and technique, as well as site-specific wastage rates.
VII. Construction Process
1. Substrate Cleaning: Remove rust, dust, oil stains, and moisture to ensure the substrate remains clean and dry. The rust removal grade must reach at least Sa1 or St2 level.
2. Thickness Calculation: Design different film thicknesses based on varying corrosion environments.
3. Material Preparation: First, thoroughly mix the paint. Then, use a 200-mesh filter to strain the paint from the large container into a smaller one for use. After taking out the required amount of paint, seal the large container tightly for storage.
4. Construction: Spray coating, brush coating, or roller coating can all be used. The next process can only be carried out after the paint film has surface-dried.
5. Surface Inspection: The coating thickness shall not be less than 90% of the standard thickness, and no pinholes, exposed substrate, or damage shall be present. If any of these issues are found, recoating is required.
Attention: Do not touch the paint film until it is completely dry. Allow at least 48 hours for proper curing. Clean tools with alcohol, butyl acetate, or No. 120 solvent gasoline. Any unused paint must be sealed immediately after use.
VIII. Construction Precautions
1. Not to be applied at underground water interfaces or in areas subject to excessive friction.
2. Not applicable to building material surfaces that may leak oil, plasticizers, or solvents, as well as certain vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes.
3. Not applicable to frosted or wet surfaces.
4. Not applicable to areas completely isolated from air during curing (air-drying with moisture required for curing).
5. Not applicable for applications involving painting on the adhesive layer surface (as conventional paints generally cannot adhere to silicone surfaces).
6. During construction, keep away from sources of ignition and ensure adequate ventilation at the work site.
7. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention promptly.
8. After opening, the product must be stored in a sealed container and used up as soon as possible.
9. No contact with water is allowed during construction.
10. Please clean up the equipment promptly after construction is completed.

9. Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life
Packaging: Packaged in iron drums, 20 kg per drum.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 27°C. Best before 12 months.
