I. Product Introduction
The water-based high-temperature silicone resin coating, formulated with a waterborne pure silicone resin emulsion, utilizes a specially designed waterborne silicone resin as its base material. This innovative molecular structure addresses the common limitation of commercially available silicone resin products, which often struggle to balance hardness and toughness simultaneously. As a result, this coating exhibits excellent overall performance. After curing, it forms a highly durable and dense coating that delivers exceptional heat resistance, minimal permeability, and superior corrosion protection. This ensures that metal surfaces remain completely isolated from external elements such as water, air, and salts, effectively preventing damage caused by environmental factors. Additionally, the coating's outstanding toughness guarantees that it remains intact even under extreme conditions—such as exposure to acids, alkalis, salt spray, or fluctuating temperatures—preventing cracking or peeling. Consequently, the coating maintains its protective efficacy over an extended period, ensuring reliable performance for 20 to 30 years.
II. Scope of Application
High toughness ensures that the coating remains crack-free and non-peeling even under extreme environmental conditions (such as acids, alkalis, salt spray, and high/low temperatures), allowing it to maintain long-term performance and guarantee protective effectiveness for 20 to 30 years.
III. Construction Techniques
1. The coating may settle after prolonged storage. Please stir thoroughly before application. Alternatively, you can dilute it with 5-10% deionized water according to the desired spray viscosity. It is recommended to conduct a small-scale test first.
2. Substrate Surface Treatment: Remove oil and rust. For large-area applications, it is recommended to perform surface treatments such as sandblasting, wire brushing, or grinding to increase roughness and enhance adhesion.
3. Construction: Apply high-pressure spraying, and after surface drying at room temperature, proceed with baking or low-temperature baking below 80°C to accelerate the drying process. Avoid directly subjecting the wet film to high-temperature baking, as this may easily cause bubbling.
4. Baking: For deep curing, it is recommended to set the temperature between 200~280℃ and maintain for 10–60 minutes. Higher temperatures will shorten the curing time. The optimal curing conditions are 220℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 10 minutes.
IV. Advantages
Its highly durable, high-hardness, and dense coating ensures excellent thermal resistance, low permeability, and superior corrosion protection, effectively isolating the metal surface from external elements such as water, air, and salt, thereby preventing damage caused by environmental factors.
V. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
Product Specifications: Packaged in iron or plastic drums, with each drum containing 20 kg. Special specifications can be discussed upon request with the company.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 27°C. Shelf life is 12 months.
Transportation: Transported as non-hazardous goods.
